how come the gorillas of sub-saharan africa didnt lose body hair? but the humans there did?

black people in africa lost their body hair because its too hot in africa. so most of them are hairless.

but why didnt the gorillas of africa lose hair too?

Humans lost hair because they were filthy and hair was prone to infections and parasites.
